Information you choose to share

Enquiries may include your name, email, telephone, event details or property information. Financial context is optional. Please do not send identity documents, bank details, tenant information or other people’s personal data through these forms.

Reviews may include your name, email, rating, experience date and comments. Your email is used to help confirm that feedback is genuine and is never displayed publicly.

How enquiries work

If a form says it prepares an email, your details stay in the page until you choose to open an email draft or copy them. The website does not send that draft automatically. Your email provider processes messages that you choose to send.

Where direct online sending is enabled, the form sends your details securely to our website and our email-delivery provider, Resend, to deliver the enquiry to Ella & Us. Cloudflare hosts the site. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to verify direct submissions and may process technical browser and network information for security.

What we use it for

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your requirements and, where agreed, take steps towards providing a service. We do not add you to a marketing list through these forms. We will discuss relevant introductions with you before sharing your enquiry with prospective partners or independent professionals.

We use review information to understand customer experiences and improve our service. Reviews are checked before publication. We only quote a review on our website or social media when the reviewer has given permission, and use only the chosen public display name. Permission can be withdrawn by contacting us.

Storage and security

The website has no enquiry or review database. Enquiries and reviews sent by email are held in the relevant email systems. Information should be kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, review, any agreed service and applicable record-keeping obligations. Avoid sending sensitive material in an initial enquiry or review.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising or audience analytics tracker has been added to this site. Security and hosting services may process technical information needed to operate and protect it. If optional analytics is introduced later, this notice and any necessary choices will be updated.

Your choices

Contact us to ask about information you have shared, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern. Requests may be subject to applicable legal obligations. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
