Property examples describe possible routes, not confirmed opportunities, listings, valuations or offers. Feasibility depends on each asset. Planning consent, building regulations, licensing, legal title, funding and professional advice may be relevant.

Ella & Us does not act as a solicitor, tax adviser, financial adviser, mortgage adviser, investment adviser, planning consultant or surveyor. Where specialist advice is required, we can help identify the need and seek appropriate independent professionals. No investment return, finance approval, planning decision, rental outcome or provider acceptance is guaranteed.

The network described is one we are seeking to develop. References to councils, housing organisations and other professionals do not imply a current contract or partnership. Any introduction arrangements and relevant fees will be disclosed and agreed separately.
